Very good. It seems to have the desired effect. To provide heat in the neck area. I think it should have 3 intensity levels (green, blue, and red). I don't understand very well, but I think it's heat intensity.

It seems to work well, it heats up at three different temperatures, it needs a charger to operate, it must be connected, but it's practical. I think it's quite good.

The product arrived as described in the advertisement, good quality, cute design and nice fabric. It does not come with an external battery, but I bought a 20000ah one.
I just found the temperature setting for the Green function a bit weak at 35º, probably because of the heat here in the Brazilian Northeast. :)
The item didn't work when i got it. the delivery dates were all wrong. no idea it was delivered until 5 hours later. a neighbor happened to read the name on the package. overall it's getting worse each order!!! so sad.

It works perfectly and fits well around the neck. My physical therapist recommended it to me to relax the area with heat, and it works perfectly.
It takes some time to warm up a bit, but it's warm.
It may be difficult to cover the entire shoulder area (for larger people).
A little disappointed because the heat is not very even. There are 3 bands: one on the neck at the top and 2 in front on the collarbones. It would be perfect if they added another band on the back. It only works when plugged in.

I love this, it’s very helpful for my neck when it’s sore. It’s also easy enough to fold up tiny and take with me to work if i need it. Great value for the money with this item.
